  • Participants must have a height of at least 120cm to join the activity
  • Each group can have up to 18 people with one guide. For larger groups of up to 30, two guides will accompany the climb
  • Participants must not weigh more than 130 kg (286 lbs)
  • Children aged 8–17 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can bring up to 5 children aged 8-17
  • Participants must not have a waist measurement more than 125 cm or an upper thigh measurement of more than 75 cm

  • Bags and personal items are not allowed during the climb.

  • You can bring your phone, but it must stay in the phone pocket of your climb jacket and can only be used at the viewing platform.

  • Large bags and luggage are not permitted, as storage boxes and flight cases at the venue are small

  • This activity is not wheelchair-accessible
  • Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
  • Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded

How To Get There

  • By bus: Take the bus No. 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472 or 486 to North Greenwich Station bus stop and walk for 6 minutes
  • By car: You can park your car at The O2's car park 2, 3, and 4. All car parks have payment machines that accept cash or card, and there’s no need to book a space before you arrive
  • By metro: Take the London Underground Jubilee line to North Greenwich Station, and walk for 6 minutes
  • By river bus: Travel to The O2 by Uber boat with Thames Clippers to North Greenwich pier and walk for 8 minutes. Boats run every 20 minutes from morning to late evening

Definitely Worth Doing

Really enjoyed this! The climb was a little challenging in parts but totally worth it for the views at the top. Our guide was great and kept the group comfortable and entertained. We went around sunset and the timing was perfect—the views were beautiful and it made the experience even more memorable. Definitely something I'd do again on another London trip.

Our London Highlights

We weren't sure what to expect but this turned out to be one of our favourite things we did in London. The staff explained everything clearly and made us feel safe during the climb. Once we reached the top, the views were incredible and we could see so much of London. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something different from the usual sightseeing.

Perfect Sunset Experience
