Not Suitable For

  • Pregnant women, guests with back pain, neck pain, major surgeries and child below 3 years is not recommended to do the dune bashing.
  • However, if the group have such guest then we have to skip the dune bashing.
  • Every infant who will participate in Desert Safari should have a Private BABY SEAT (as per DTCM rules)
  • Baby seat would be charged as full ticket price as adult.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel up to 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, except (transfer charges will apply).
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no show will be 100% charged. 
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the same card used for booking 
  • In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the activity/tour may be canceled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the guest. In such cases, the tour/activity can be re-scheduled or a refund will be processed (transfer charges will apply) .

Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back or neck pain, or children under 3 years old, but groups with such guests can skip dune bashing while still enjoying other activities.
Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed shoes suitable for sand. It’s a good idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a camera to capture the stunning sunset views.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your tour to get a refund minus transfer charges; cancellations made less than 48 hours before or no-shows will incur full charges.
